All orders must be prepaid with credit or debit card, or by check. The product is shipped within 1 to 2 business days (if the product is backordered, it may be a bit longer). Shipping charges are posted on our Prices & Ordering page. Shipments outside of the continental U.S.A. will incur additional UPS shipping charges.

Return Policy

Amerisep, Inc. return policy is as follows:

• The purchaser may return the unused product for up to thirty (30) days from the date of purchase.
• The purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs, original and return, as well as a 25% restocking fee on any product returned.
• Returns lost in return shipping will not be refunded.

Amerisep, Inc. refund policy is as follows:

• Refunds will be issued within ten (10) business days of the shipment being returned. Refunds will not be issued until the product is received back to us.
• Refunds will be issued using the form of payment used for purchase, credit card, debit card or check.
• Refunds will minus shipping costs.
